Description

Never2Late

This class is for the total beginner. Each week the class includes a review of what was previously taught and then you will be introduced to a few new basic tap dance steps.

Tap Level 1

For those who have completed Never-2-Late, or who have previous tap dance experience and are familiar with the basics. In this class, basic steps and combinations are reviewed, drilled, and put into choreography. By the end of the session, students have learned an entire dance. Most students stay in this level for several sessions before moving onto Level 2.1.

Tap Level 2

Tap Level 2 is all about style, time steps, and tap dance traditions and is usually appropriate for those who have 1-4 years of previous tap dance experience. This class is for those who have really mastered the basics and are ready to move into the next level. There are 9 sublevels to Level 2, and each session, a different sublevel is covered. Most students repeat the 9 sublevels more than once so that they can really master the steps and combinations before moving to a Level 3 class.

Tap Level 3 is a fast paced advanced beginner to intermediate level class and is appropriate for those who have completed and mastered all of the sublevels of Level 2 and are ready to be challenged. This class is appropriate for those who have at least 3-4 years of previous tap dance experience.
